The
Business
The
restaurant had over the last few years a continuously
growth. For personal reasons we only run the business
from April to September. It's possible to run the
restaurant with a very limited amount of employees. Due
to the over proportional growth of the community, we are
convinced that the new owner who's intend is to run the
business year around will be very successful with it.
Maggie's has a great potential for further growth and

Property
and Building
The
building was finished in 1992/93 and is in great shape.
Due to the
extraordinary economic growth of the community, we
believe as well that the value of the property will
increase even more in the coming years.
Some
inquiries from our side show, that it would be possible
to add on to the building if more space would be
required. It might be even possible if the zoning of the
property would be changed to add a small Motel to the
business. The demand is defiantly there.
